With the implementation of this Erasmus+ project, the University of the Balearic Islands has sought to continue the activities and actions of the Program, a fundamental pillar of our institution's internationalization policy for the last 25 years. Once again, it has provided students, teaching and research staff, as well as technical and administrative personnel, with the opportunity to, respectively, enjoy an academic stay in a different institution and university system, teach, acquire new skills and competences, and share the particularities of the Spanish academic system with students and professors from the visited universities; participate in international weeks with personnel from a multitude of institutions, and learn firsthand how they work. On the other hand, the UIB has welcomed the presence and visit of students and staff from the Program's partner institutions, enriching the day-to-day life of the institution.
