The main objective of the project was to continue the internationalization of our educational center. We were interested in expanding and consolidating the international cooperation network of homologous centers. In this project, our host partner was a center in Riga (Latvia) Rīgas Stila un mods tehnikums (RSMT) with which we had started relations two years ago. We were interested in consolidating this contact to maintain it in the future. Thanks to their international project coordinator, Laura Ait Ozmida, they found us an audiovisual production company (VSF Films) to do the internship for 3 months, our two candidates to apply for the scholarship. This production company is mainly dedicated to making social, ecology and sustainable economy documentaries, a fact that helped us with another of the objectives set (working with companies aware of these issues). In addition, with the implementation of the project, we were also interested in promoting the learning of languages other than English. Our students, during their stay and a few months prior to their trip, tried to learn basic Latvian vocabulary to try to integrate better into society and thus be able to foster their feeling of belonging to the European Union.
