The development of the project 2021-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000006066 is the first participation of IES Bezmiliana in Higher Education programmes for the teaching of Computer Systems Administration and Administration and Finance (higher degree cycles). The main objective is to improve the employability rates of students, providing them with work experience and greater training specialisation through work placements in companies in other European countries and improving the professional training of the teaching staff. Student mobility for work placements supports the acquisition of competences and enhances personal development, improves foreign language skills, increases awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, thus facilitating the student's incorporation into the labour market. Pedagogical updating, acquiring more knowledge about working practices, updating knowledge, acquiring and developing skills that enable better performance of professional work are the objectives pursued for the teaching staff. The aim is to achieve the modernisation of IES Bezmiliana through internationalisation.
