Internationalisation is a key objective for our centre, evidenced in its strategic and annual plan since 2002. The mobility project 2021-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000006162, in line with this strategy. As in every academic year, the aim of this project was to enable students to do their internships in companies abroad and staff members to train by job shadowing in a counterpart centre or company. These objectives have been achieved with this project. The main target groups were students in Higher Vocational Training (2nd year) and teachers from the school. The objectives included providing students with quality internships in European companies and training staff in other foreign entities, fostering collaboration and exchange. Between 01-06-2021 and 31-10-2023, 12 mobilities were carried out (7 students, 5 teachers) in Production Programming, Physical Conditioning, Mechanics, Management, Computer Science and Administration and Finance. The companies met pre-established quality standards. The evaluation of the internships was positive, showing improvements in social, personal, linguistic and employability skills.
