This project was created to organize and promote mobility activities that enable students and staff to continue learning, both theoretical and practical, in other countries of the European community and at the same time facilitate the knowledge of different languages and cultures. At the same time, it aims to establish contact with institutions and agencies from other European countries that have the same objectives and allow networking to provide the development of European internationalization strategies beyond national approaches to vocational training. The most outstanding objectives achieved by the participants of the mobility actions undertaken are the acquisition of higher skills, personal development, and employment opportunities found, increased competition in another European language, awareness and understanding of other cultures, and recognition of skills acquired in another European country. They are also remarkable, synergies and transitions that occur between education, employment, and enterprise, as well as the attractiveness and the international dimension of the participating institutions.
