The aim of these mobilities is to achieve an enrichment of theoretical, practical and linguistic competences, improving the training of students and teachers in a global way, as well as allowing them to live a new, integrating experience with a broader sense of belonging to a European reality. In this way, it contributes to increase the accessibility of the labour market for students and to improve the skills of teachers for the continuation of their professional career in education. The future impact of the project is based on achieving a better labour market integration of the young participants thanks to a better higher vocational training, as it has an impact on both students and teachers. At the same time, it helps to spread the ERASMUS+ programmes not only in our school, but also in the local, regional, national and international environment and creates collaboration networks between schools, seeking the improvement of education systems at European level. In addition, as a continuation of our school's projects from the 2017, 2018 and 2019, 2020 calls, it has been considered appropriate to promote the mobility of students and teachers and to serve as a motivation for the rest of the educational community.
