This project is part of a large number of projects that we have been carrying out within the Erasmus + Program in our center, and that are part of the internationalization strategy of IES La Flota and with which we have worked to achieve the objectives established in the program. Erasmus and in the ECHE letter. Carrying out the mobilities of this project allowed us to continue and improve the quality of training mobilities in Higher Level VET, increasing the key skills and employability of our students in the European labor market. Furthermore, all participants have seen their awareness and understanding of other cultures increased, as well as their linguistic skills improved. The staff mobility scholarships have allowed the updating of training and methodology as part of lifelong learning, acquiring key knowledge and methodologies for their teaching work. Furthermore, this knowledge has been transferred to the rest of the educational community through dissemination actions, allowing this knowledge to permeate the rest of the staff of our institution.
