The Erasmus + project at the IES Maimónides aims to offer the possibility to students of Higher Level Training Cycles to carry out their internships (FCT) in Europe. From our organization and after the pandemic, we continue to support extensive training and give our students the possibility of learning about and training in Europe. The openness of FP to these experiences is an added value in our educational offer. The proposals are: improve the linguistic skills of our students, promote employability, expand the field of job placement, promote experiences where personal and social skills are worked on. This project is motivating for both students and teachers. Project objectives: - Value Vocational Training as Higher Education. - Expand options to carry out internships in European work centers. - Be part of the network of Erasmus + centers to collaborate on other projects. - Improve the employability of students. - Develop linguistic skills in another language of the educational community. - Promote the independence and personal autonomy of students. - Exchange work methods and professional experiences.
