Executing the project, we hoped to achieve the following: - Improve the soft skills of our students to facilitate their entry into the world of work. - Facilitate that all students have the same opportunities to carry out international mobility regardless of gender, origin, religion... - Help people with fewer opportunities. - Improve digitalization, recognize how it is applied in a foreign company. - Improve linguistic competence, in this case, enhance German and English. - Adopt more sustainable habits, such as traveling by bicycle or using public transport. - Promoto more ecological trips. - Develop awareness of the climate change affecting the entire world. - Learn about German culture, its traditions, and its way of working. - Increase interest in democratic life and politics at the European level. - Expand the international dimension by increasing the number of countries where international mobility will take place. - Enhance the impact received in our institution, local companies, and foreign companies.
