After years of the pandemic, during which mobility was minimized, we embark on this project enthusiastically aiming to rekindle the motivation of students in higher vocational training to engage in practical internships within the scope of the EU. The specific objectives of this project have been: 1. To continue the internationalization strategy initiated in 2018 by resuming international mobilities. This initiative aims to develop intercultural competence among our students, enabling them to adapt to different work and cultural environments. 2. To foster the acquisition of personal skills necessary in the professional sphere among our students, such as communicative skills in an intercultural context, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability to new situations, etc. 3. To gain knowledge about new work methodologies within European companies. 4. To enhance the employability of our students by providing them with work experience in international contexts. This contributes to better professional and personal development for the job market.
