Erasmus+ is the most relevant internationalisation programme for the University of Valencia and this is why it is a European leader in Erasmus mobility. The aim was to increase the number of mobility stays after the pandemic and improve qualitative aspects in line with the objectives of the Erasmus Charter 2021-27. On the one hand, this has been achieved through standard tools such as the complete and automatic recognition of learning outcomes, assistance for those interested in all the mobility phases, transparency of the qualification system, prior and transparent information on the range of courses offered and the dissemination of opportunities and results through communication platforms. On the other hand, taking advantage of the fact that the 2021 project was the first in the new programme, we wanted to achieve new aims such as excellence and digitization in mobility management to reduce bureaucratic procedures, promoting universal participation in all sectors of the university community, carrying out more innovative mobility stays, implementing good practices and producing joint efforts within the FORTHEM European university alliance, of which the institution is member.
