Our objective with the Erasmus+ mobility project for students and staff, within the framework of the European Strategy for Universities and in line with our commitments under the ECHE, has been to strengthen the European dimension of our activity as a higher education institution and thus: Consolidate the intra-European mobility programmes of our University as measures and instruments of support in the learning and acquisition of competences of our student body, as well as in the academic careers and training of our staff within the European and international context. To increase the participation of our university community in mobility programmes and thus foster a culture of internationalisation of the University of Alcalá, transversal to all of our students, as well as in the academic careers and training of our staff within a European and international context. Alcalá, transversal to all its activities, including the administrative processes that support it, as well as promoting curricular internationalisation and digital learning in a global context. To deepen the acquisition of transversal skills (i.e. communication, linguistic, critical thinking, problem solving, intercultural and research skills) and empower our community.
