The CIPFP Blasco Ibáñez has 10 student mobilities for internships and 3 staff mobilities within the K131 project, of which 7 student mobilities and three staff mobilities have been covered. The objective of the mobility for students is to carry out the FCT, or Training in Workplaces, in a European destination. As for staff, the three mobilities have been for job shadowing activities. This project is a very beneficial opportunity for both students and staff. Firstly, the students have a European experience taking advantage of the opportunities provided by the EU. Secondly, they get in contact with the world of work far from their usual environment, getting to know a labour market related to their field of work that is different from that of their country of origin, improving their CV for better future job prospects and maturing in all aspects to get a better understanding about what they want to do in life. Thirdly, they use a language different from their own, not only in the workplace, but in everyday life. As for the staff, they have learned about how other centres work and established contacts for the future.
