The overall goal was to align not only with the values and objectives of the ECHE, but also with Strategy 2025 of the institution, whose main axes in reference to these are transformative education and sustainability. Increase the number of participants in the program, but also to make it more accessible to students and staff with disabilities or from disadvantaged backgrounds and foster a clearer enviromental conscience -SMS and SMP: Academic enrichment, development of cultural and linguistic competences, development of certain social skills such as adaptation and curiosity, increase of job prospects, improvement in digitalization skills and adoption of sustainable and inclusive attitudes and habits. -STA: exchange of knowledge among experts, integration of new teaching methodologies, language and intercultural skills, collaboration between institutions, increased commitment to the internationalization of their home institution, digitalization skills, sustainable and inclusive attitudes. -STT: exchange of good practices, ability to work in culturally diverse environments, improvement in digitalization skills and sustainable and inclusive attitudes.
