At the beginning of the project, Feria del Atlántico High school expected to resume the mobility of students and teacher as it had been carrying out before the pandemic so as to achieve the high school’s Internationalization Plan and the objectives set in the Erasmus Chapter for Higher Education. The pandemic situation derived from the COVID-19 caused a significant setback in the realization of mobilities. Therefore, it was expected that the eventual improvement of the pandemic together with the change of teachers in the Higher Education department would allow compliance with the total of 9 mobilities grated in the period planned for execution. We intended to advance in the construction of the internationalization of HED that we have been offering for years, instilling in the Educational Community the need to improve the employability of students in a European context under conditions of equality and transparency of democratic values in order to improve their possibilities of adaptation to change within a concept of the European labor market that highlights the need for relationships between different nations, people, companies and cultures. In nutshell, the internationalization of higher education is part of personal growth.
