For student mobilities for practices, we have considered various objectives: to cultivate a sense of European citizenship, enhance the employment prospects of our higher-level vocational training students both in Spain and abroad, along with improving their language proficiency by conducting internships in a foreign language. We also aim to develop specific social skills such as adaptability, problem-solving, curiosity, etc. However, the primary focus is on expanding their knowledge in the subjects they have studied with us. In the case of staff mobilities for studies, the primary objective has been to refresh and broaden horizons in the subjects they teach and establish connections with European institutions offering similar teachings. We have also set crucial goals, including acquiring specific knowledge and skills related to best practices in learning and teaching methods. Moreover, we aim to share our own knowledge and skills with students and colleagues, contributing to the improvement of educational practices. Additionally, we seek to enhance both the quality and quantity of student and staff mobility to and from our originating institution.
