Tolosako Inmakulada Lanbide Ikastola is clear that its mission is to train its students both professionally and personally, encouraging them to have a life project and develop personal skills that increase their employability. Students who have spent time abroad are an added value for future employers because of their preparation and because they provide a working vision of another country. This project helps in this integral preparation by impacting on key skills in the students' exit profile: autonomy, initiative, critical thinking, but also commitment, tolerance and the ability to broaden their vision of the world, valuing multilingualism. In the case of the staff, growth at a personal level also contributes at a professional level, creating contacts, getting to know cultures and languages, and increasing the specific knowledge of the sector that will be transferred to the center. The objective is to maintain and/or increase as much as possible the number of mobilities (staff and students), encouraging the participation of women and the health branch of the center. Also to give international visibility to the center in the fulfillment of a vision and talent management objective.
