We want the Erasmus program to be a sign of identity of the IES Sierra de Guara, recognizable in the city and the province, and for this the development of this project is one more step. With our projects we finance mobilities of students for internships, as part of their training in their higher education certification, and of teaching staff in the job shadowing modality. These contribute to the internationalization of the educational center, the development of the skills of students and teachers in foreign languages, especially English, and the increase of our student's motivation for their linguistic and technical learning in other countries. We believe that these experiences contribute to their personal and social development and make them more educated citizens, more aware of relationships with the environment and more capable of building a plural society. We intend to increase the number of international experiences in the educational center as a whole. To do this, we need an efficient management system and establishing contacts with educational centers and foreign companies, and through the activities carried out we are a little closer to achieving it.
