This project aimed to expand and strengthen the internationalization of CPIFP Movera. Specifically, it sought to improve the knowledge and skills of students and staff of the Center through a work/training experience abroad, in addition to increasing the quality of teaching in our institution. One of the most relevant recent changes in education in Spain is a significant internationalization. This is also reflected in our students, who demand to take the Workplace Training module in European companies, and in our teachers, who wish to expand and update their training, and contact teachers from other countries to collaborate in different projects. This project was intended to respond to this context. Through the training of participants in new professional, language and personal skills, we achieve not only positive results for those involved and their working careers, but also a wider impact that includes their areas of origin, our educational community and, globally, society as a whole.
