In line with the general Erasmus+ program objectives, this project was to give continuity to the international strategy of CSMVigo, intensifying the participation of students and staff, aiming the following objectives: -Contribute to the modernization of the institution. -Modernize and update the current academic offer, in order to offer the better educational richness. -Foster the existing institutional ties -Increase international visibility -Encourage the development of joint projects -Increase the number of institutional agreements -Strengthening the preparation and update of faculty and non-teaching staff -Encourage the observation and development of specific music education good practices -Improve knowledge and understanding of other performing schools in other countries -Contribute to the opening of new professional pathways for graduates and staff -Improve student and staff participation rates -Improve language skills, motivation, performance skills as well as students and staff self-esteem -Improve the positioning of students in the international music job market -Increase the opportunities and professional staff relationships
