The objective of our project is the internationalization of our educational center and of our students so that they learn with new work experiences in companies in other countries and, in this way, the improve their employability both abroad and at home, as well as enhance their growth and personal enrichment. The mobility of personnel from the management team job shadowing opens new lines of collaboration with a counterpart educational center to learn about its educational system in Vocational Training. Doing this, we can compare ourselves to improve our teaching practice with the observation of other experiences. And of course, to establish relationships with prestigious companies where our students can carry out their internships with hiring prospects. And finally, know the Swedish labor market to adapt and prepare our students from our classrooms.
