Internationalization and globalization are two key pillars for UIC Barcelona. Likewise, one of the five axes of the UIC Strategic Plan 2015-22 is the development and promotion of internationalization. Many actions planned in this axis are carried out through the Erasmus+ program and other mobility programs, for example: - Strengthen mobility programs and offer new international programs: consolidate the Erasmus+ studies and internship program, and further improve dissemination among all degrees. - Select quality mobility programs in countries with greater employability opportunities. - Progressively increase the number of exchanges of OUT and IN students and facilitate access and information about these programs. - Promote the mobility of PDI and PAS through internationalization days. UIC Barcelona has communicated and promoted the implementation of the Erasmus+ program for all its groups (PDI, PAS and students) and in all modalities, with promotional activities. Although the 2021 project still suffered from consequences derived from the COVID-19 pandemic, broadly speaking we were able to satisfactorily comply with the planned mobilities.
