The project was submitted in 2021 so mobility flows with Erasmus+ partner countries could start in the academic year 2021/22. The main objective was the execution of all approved mobilities of students for study and traineeship purposes, as well as of staff for teaching and training purposes, given that this project represents the most important tool for our institution regarding quality internationalisation activities allowing us to execute a high number of incoming and outgoing flows that, without the Erasmus+ funding, could not be carried out. Participation in mobility activities also represents a significant increase in the internationalisation of all faculties and schools of the Universidade de Vigo, as well as of the participants themselves, for whom this project translates into an option to acquire transversal skills, both academically and personally. It is worth mentioning the great opportunity offered to students with fewer opportunities or graduates, through mobilities for traineeships, contributing to their employability and reducing the gap between the university and the labor market.
