With the development of this project we seek two main objectives. On the one hand, offer students the option of carrying out their professional internships (FCT module) in a European country, with all the benefits that this option implies, such as improving linguistic competence, learning new methodologies (the students were of the CFGS Early Childhood Education), personal development and the promotion of autonomy and maturity. The second main objective is that the teachers who teach in the Higher Degree cycles have the opportunity to get closer to the working reality of other countries and can acquire new educational tools and new teaching methodologies that will later be applied in their class, with a qualitative improvement of the educational process. Furthermore, the mobility carried out by teachers also achieves an improvement in linguistic competence, at a time when the Plurilingual Plan is being implemented in training cycles in the Valencian Community. Furthermore, both in the mobility of teachers and students we also achieve another very positive objective, increasing motivation, both in the teaching and learning processes.
