As an educational institution CEBANC, through the project 2021-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000010878, we have carried out 4 student mobilities for internships and 2 staff mobilities for training. Student mobilities have been taken place over a period of 90 days (3 moths), where the students have taken the Work-Based Training (FCT) module in a variety of foreign companies. In addition to applying technical knowledge acquired at the CEBANC center, they have been able to implement all the additional skills, abilities, aptitudes or interests resquired to perform a good function in their job. The internships, which are previously agreed upon as suitable activities for the program with the host company, have been developed in Poland and Ireland. Furthermore, staff training mobilities have been carried out in Italy. The Erasmus+ program is integrated into the Center's Annual Plan, specifically within Subobjective (314): "Center's Participation in the Erasmus+ Program." We use student satisfaction with the mobility as a direct indicator. The result of 3.07 out of 4 exceeds the target. Moreover, we aimed to have "at least 1 student per group and cycle participate." This objective has also been exceeded.
