Iurreta LHII, as an Integrated VET Centre of the Basque Public Network, seeks the integral development of its students and teaching staff, as well as providing training courses for employment, specialisation courses, etc. We carry out multiple innovation and social responsibility projects, and we base our methodology on challenge-based learning. Within this philosophy, internationalisation plays a fundamental role. We have been implementing Erasmus+ KA1 projects for more than a decade and we have just finished our first KA2 project. The project we refer to in this Final Report has the following objectives: - Improve the technical and transversal competences of students and teachers, in order to increase the possibility to access/stay in the labour market in the best conditions. - To foster attitudes that promote equity and inclusion. - Promote solidarity, critical thinking, collaboration, teamwork and autonomy. - To improve language skills, cultural background and sense of belonging to the EU. - Establish a network of collaboration with training centres, companies and associations. - Promote sustainable mobility, digital transition, make friends from other countries and have fun.
