The project 2022-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000064140 gives continuity for another year to the participation of the Escola Superior de Arte Dramática de Galicia in the Erasmus+ programme. The institution, located in Vigo, is the only higher education centre in the community dedicated to Dramatic Art and one of the few in the northwest of the peninsula. The project aims to cover the mobility of students and teachers in all possible flows and activities, as in previous years. The Department of Transition and Mobility has been fully dedicated to this purpose, as in previous years. In the quest for progress and optimisation, the department has undergone several structural and staffing changes, the most significant being in September 2019 and September 2023. With these changes, the organisation has been optimising many processes, building more relationships between institutions, covering a larger number of activities and providing more effective information and advice to both incoming and outgoing participants. New projects such as KA171 and KA220 have contributed to this progress. Although there have been some internal difficulties, this is an inevitable step towards better project management in the future.
