A European awareness is being fostered and cultivated both in the educational and professional realms of teachers, encouraging them to assimilate that both areas coexist within the same common space and collaboratively contribute to improvement and growth. The objectives that have been outlined and aimed to be achieved through the implementation of this project are as follows: a) Provide our teachers with the opportunity to undergo international mobility. b) Foster a strong cooperation with our European partners to offer quality mobility opportunities to our staff. c) Enrich the educational environment with the development of a fully integrated international perspective within our educational community. d) Acquire new knowledge in educational and pedagogical competencies to implement them in our institution. e) Improve language learning through bilingual Spanish-English training courses offered at the center. f) Act as an educational reference in the local and international context for our city, Badalona, with a population of around 218,000 inhabitants. g) Publicize the success of European projects developed at the school through regularly used mainstream media.
