It is worth starting the report by justifying its late delivery due to problems in the platform (see attached e-mail). The mobilities for students have aimed to improve the personal, professional and international competences of the students, being an opportunity to carry out part of the training program in another country and other environments different from the usual ones; leaving the comfort zone to learn with new academic experiences. This would also promote the acquisition of new linguistic and digital skills. Together with these items, it was intended that they would learn about the operation of other chemical or environmental companies and get to know other work environments different from those of the area to complement their professional qualifications acquired at the center. With regard to staff mobility, the aim was also to improve professional skills to meet the new challenges in education in a society that is evolving rapidly and we must adapt to change, and training is an indisputable tool for this purpose.
