The Erasmus program at Istituto Europeo di Design S.L. or IED S.L. chased the objective of facilitating the mobility of students, staff and teachers of the two locations of IED SL in Spain (Madrid and Barcelona) to partner institutions in IED SL international network or associated institutions, further improving the international dimension of our institution. With this project IED SL expected to ensure equal and equitable access and opportunities to those students coming from several disadvantaged backgrounds following the ECHE principles giving priority to those aspects such as inclusion and diversity helping all our students to participate in the Erasmus program. The Erasmus + program is also an excellent channel to bring international students to IED SL in Spain. Most of the OS budget has been used with incoming students in several activities such as strengthen their language competencies, by offering them didactical workshops a week before the start of the courses to let them get used to IED SL methodology and participate in the democratic life of our institution. Furthermore, the incorporation of incoming students reinforces the internationalization of the Institute and enriches the culture of local students.
