One of the most important goals of the project is to settle down student mobility training activities at our institution (carried out since 2009-2010), providing an added value to the Training in the Workplace module and for the educational project in general. Student and staff’s mobilities have helped to achieve some of the Erasmus Program targets, but each year new circumstances and challenges come up, introducing dynamism to all the activities performed. Youth employability is one of the successes of the program for the last editions, that also happened during last academic year, in fact, two students were hired by the company and are currently working in Ireland. We have also noticed that all the participants improved their English competence, both students and staff. A new Erasmus atmosphere spreads over the organization promoting future experiences in students’ mobility and job shadowing, or any other option, for staff.
