Our Erasmus 2021-23 Higher Education project has offered to three students of Higher Level Training Cycles the opportunity to live a first international work experience, by carrying out a part of their curricular internships in hotel and catering companies in the European Union. Likewise, a teacher from our institution has been able to participate in an observation activity in the research department of a catering company in Denmark. Our intention has been to restore normality in our school's international activity after a complicated period due to the limitations on mobility and tourism sector caused by the COVID19 pandemic. We intended the participants to improve their professional, personal and linguistic skills, and to create or reinforce contacts with organisations in other countries. All this has contributed to the sustainability and modernisation of our institution and has consolidated our international vocation. Finally, the communication of results within the school has also led to an important increase of motivation and interest from students and staff in the mobility activities that the Erasmus+ programme can promote.
