The objectives set for STARTKNOW have been: - To increase the employability of young adults through the non-formal education we provide. - To establish collaborations with expert partners to gain intangible benefits that enhance our skills as trainers. - Develop an e-learning platform that covers the main topics for young people to educate themselves. - Collaborate with a target group that allows us to improve our actions through their feedback and, at the same time, measure their increased knowledge.
The target group is young people from 18 to 35 years old, preferably unemployed, working in the competence paradigm shift, where the most demanded profiles are those who have developed their social or soft skills.
