The objectives developed in the project are: - To study the needs of soft competences demanded in transnational and international work environments and to adapt the existing methodology to the context of the Portuguese and transnational target audience. - To train and certify VET professionals in the new tool for competence diagnosis based on a competence training simulator. - Design a training certificate for VET professionals, based on the competence diagnosis tool through a virtual reality simulator and contrast it with the transnational reality through pilot training to test the tool adapted to the new context. - Create a transnational network of professionals in the diagnosis and development of soft skills in demand in the workplace and provide it with elements that make it dynamic and connect its members. - To provide a focus group in the training of soft skills through a story to simulate a workspace, to display the skills of the people involved and to observe and analyse their behaviour from professionals who see the experience from the outside.
The project ""Creation of a transnational network of certified professionals in the assessment of soft skills suitable for the transnational labour market with a methodology based on virtual reality"" was requested in view of the need to generate synergies in the training of professional competences. A transnational network of professionals certified in the assessment of soft skills was created through a methodology based on a Virtual Reality Simulator. An innovative methodology developed at national level by Escuela de Conkistadores SLU (located in Badajoz, Spain) was marked and considered to be taken to international level through the project in collaboration with the Portuguese Catholic University (located in Lisbon, Portugal). The following needs were covered: - To identify and study of the most demanded soft skills in transnational environments. - To train and verify such training to VET professionals in the assesing of soft skills through virtual reality. - To design a certificate according to the identified needs and generate a pilot project during the project. - To generate a transnational network of EU members that aligns existing demands.
