Background

The impact of the Covid-19 global pandemic crisis on education and learning processes is undeniable. In this period, most educational tools are now available digitally, and education and training services can be easily delivered to individuals. However, guidance services, which are an important element of education and training processes in schools, have not yet gained digital momentum due to their structure. In this context, guidance services, which were previously carried out face-to-face, also need digitalization to support education and training processes. The "e-GS" project was developed based on the idea that each learner is a different individual, and aims to individualize teaching and plan teaching according to the learner's level of preparation and needs. It is an Internet-based counseling service that aims to provide pedagogical support to the individual by discovering elements such as time management, goal setting, decision making, academic self-assessment, motivation, anxiety and learning styles.
