RE-THINK / RE-ACT (RTRA) intended in its application to address a clear need that the Santos Mártires de Córdoba Diocesan Foundation (FDSM) had detected in our closest environment: to work on REAL INCLUSION OF SECONDARY EDUCATION STUDENTS , fundamentally, that it presents DIFFICULTIES OF ADAPTATION AND/OR BEHAVIOR IN THE CLASSROOM DUE TO POOR TRAINING OF THE SOFT SKILLS. This NEED IS A REAL CHALLENGE within an educational system focused primarily on the training of HARD SKILLS. This profile of adolescents DOES NOT REQUIRE AN EDUCATIONAL RESPONSE ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS, either due to not having sufficient resources in educational centers or due to lack of knowledge of their situation. This situation causes a predictable BREAK IN THEIR EDUCATIONAL, EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, frequently encountering problems in coping both with their environment and in the transition to other areas or life stages such as their REINCORATION AFTER THE ACADEMIC CONTEXT OR OBTAINING OPPORTUNITIES JOBS IN THE FUTURE. For all these needs and in order to ACCOMPANY THEM IN THE SEARCH OF THEIR OWN TALENT, RE-THINK / RE-ACT arises.
