Objectives

The FENIX project aimed to enhance the resilience of European enterprises and their workforce by developing a set of innovative pedagogic and educational resources as: a gamified training experience, a guideline for systemic resilience practice implementation, and an online crash course on Adaptive Management. The objectives of FENIX were multifaceted: We sought to bolster enterprise resilience against adversity, thereby strengthening European organizations. We endeavored to champion a lifelong learning ethos in training across diverse sectors of European enterprises. We aimed to invigorate training methodologies by centering them around the learner, incorporating elements like Learning Outcomes, gamified experiences, and flexible m-learning pathways. Our goal was to aid European enterprises in adopting systemic resilience practices. Finally, we were committed to cultivating a culture of adaptive management within European enterprises. These endeavors were designed not just to address immediate challenges but to establish a foundation of resilience and adaptability for future uncertainties.
