Objectives

The ultimate purpose of this project was to increase the options of young people to access a job, through increasing knowledge in the new sources of jobs that are currently being generated in relation to sports, specifically the world of sports escape rooms and their possibilities, and that they present a great opportunity for the young person who does not benefit from it because they are not aware of it. All this taking into account that youth, entrepreneurship and technology are three factors that share characteristics such as dynamism, the ability to adapt to changing realities as a result of innovation. These new jobs, related to collaborative platforms and systems, allow citizens to offer services, promoting new flexible work modalities and new sources of income. Although it is true that obtaining financing is one of the issues that most concern and hinders entrepreneurship in Spanish youth today, this should not be an obstacle to successfully carrying out a good business idea. Specifically, through the exhaustive analysis of collaborative finance, there is a wide range of possibilities by professional investors or Business Angels and crowdfunding, or collective financing. NEED: We carry out this Project because the youth unemployment rate in Europe is 17%. Bearing in mind that full employment is considered when it is 5%, the situation is clearly serious, as has been indicated in recent years and even more so. after the current COVID19 pandemic. This is aggravated if we approach Spain, where this rate rises to 42%. Castilla y León being 27.5%. These data already attract a lot of attention, but if we compare them with the 2.1% of jobs that were not filled in 2019, we confirm that there are many things that are not being done well. One of them is that citizens are not prepared to occupy jobs that are constantly being created as a result of the incessant social evolution and new technologies. The formal education system does not have time to adapt its study plans or qualifications or university degrees and therefore, for many of these jobs there is not even formal training. On the other hand, there is a problem of the passive citizen who does not like the practice of forced physical exercise and needs a "stimulus" beyond the sports one that "forces" him to practice sports, thus acquiring all the benefits that this induces, this is provided by this "modality" of sports practice called escape rooms, PROJECT OBJECTIVES: - Increase their knowledge and skills on the new sources of employment around sport. - That they exchange experiences and knowledge about the new jobs that are currently being created. - That they know how to access new sources of employment. - That they know the skills needed to develop them. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES - Have contact with new sources of employment connected to sport, which will allow them to improve employability and improve professional prospects. - Know the necessary skills to carry out these jobs professionally in order to know the path they must follow if they want to work in this way. This will allow them to improve self-training and self-esteem and increase motivation to participate in future education or training (formal/non-formal) after the mobility period abroad. - Know the steps to follow to really become a professional in any of these Sports jobs. Many of these jobs are exercised in the self-employed format, so information will be provided during the project on how to carry out the appropriate procedures. This will allow them to increase their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. - Know the possibilities of sports escape rooms, their characteristics, users and possibilities within the labor market. - Know the processes to start as a professional in the new sources of employment in which a prior economic investment is not required, and therefore it is accessible to anyone, especially those who have fewer opportunities or unfavorable situations. LIST ERASMUS+ OBJECTIVES The objective of our Project is directly related to the objectives that the European Commission establishes for this type of mobility projects: - Support students in the acquisition of learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competencies) with a view to improving their personal development, their participation as active citizens in society and their employability in the European labor market and outside it. - Reinforce synergies and transitions between formal education, non-formal education, training career, employment and entrepreneurship.
