Through the execution of this youth exchange, we wanted to create a positive, tangible and intangible impact, which the participating people come out enriched by strengthening their values of tolerance, equality, respect, teamwork and cooperation. For us as an organizing group, it was crucial the application of the project could permanently mark the spaces in which we develop and create value through our interventions. Being able to help the people who inhabit it, the people with whom we collaborate and the associations and people who participated with us, through innovation and cooperation, giving meaning to this program. Another of our interests consisted of promoting a creative wave which would also inspire other people to improve other spaces, the lives of others and their own. For this point, the collaboration of all the participants and their social networks was crucial. We use several formats and platforms which could help us get our message across to as many people as possible. The common thread of this project, and which accompanied us, day after day, in all the activities, focused on helping the participants to integrate a mentality and a vision oriented towards solving problems in a creative way, because we are convinced that these types of actions leave a mark on their way of perceiving their personal and work world.
