Let`s entrepreneur together! It is a project that investigated the current society and the opportunities that the COVID.19 crisis brought about in the creation and implementation of future projects and companies that have a greater impact on saving the dramatic youth insecurity that all the participating associations had announced. In this way we wanted this to be a start to a future analysis of the different realities that youth live in relation to education, the world of work and the economy. The project organization developed a program full of activities with non-formal content and dynamics open to informal learning with methods such as: Energizers, debates, presentations, role plays, simulations, brainstorming, group work, exercises, excursions and much more. The main objectives of this project were the following: 1. To develop participants' skills and encourage non-traditional methods of learning, as well as both group and individual communication, so that participants are able to understand the main concepts about entrepreneurship, and the advantages behind it, as well as the Erasmus + program and formal education by expanding their soft skills portfolio and improving their curriculum. 2. To improve the resources of the young participants in terms of public speaking, negotiation, persuasion and self-esteem, so that they can convince the people they work with of the importance of social entrepreneurship and the added value of projects like theirs. 3. Create 4 detailed action plans of 4 business ideas and 4 videos describing the phases of their preparation, (Learning to undertake, from the idea to the project, develop your project and project defense in public), for all participating countries, to be subsequently promoted at local and regional level, with the intention of promoting social awareness about how easy it can be to undertake if you have the minimum necessary tools and the impact that these projects can have. 4. Promote a sense of civic responsilbity, social inclusion and tolerance towards the minorities that live with us. LGTBQ +, migrants, refugees, disabled people, presented news on our communication channels that reinforce the European values of dignity, the rule of law, democracy and tolerance. 5. To promote the intercultural participation and personal development of youth at the local, national and European levels in regards to the values that underpin our common project of coexistence and cultural framework. All these objectives closely coincide with those proposed by the guide for the Erasmus + program for the year 2021. They contribute to the development of key skills for young people, including those with fewer opportunities. Strengthens the capacity for youth participation in European democratic instruments, in addition to promoting intercultural dialogue and social inclusion. The objectives finally seek to defend critical thinking, personal confidence when carrying out their own projects, youth initiative, diversity and solidarity.
