Objectives

In all Erasmus+ projects, association meetings, or other projects that we carry out, the same needs arise: - The continuous training of our workers, monitors and volunteers. - Share experiences, methodologies and activities between associations and monitors. These needs are vast and we are addressing them relentlessly. We have focused this project as carrying out a programming of more than three months where we incorporate the sustainability objectives. Most of the monitors and youth workers easily program a session or a weekend with a simple objective, but when we program for a term or a course and that the activities that we program cover the needs of their young people and how to carry out constant evaluations to see that we are really carrying out the appropriate activities to solve those needs, they have many difficulties. The general objectives of the project are: - Improve the skills, attitudes and skills of workers and monitors to schedule medium-duration activities that meet the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, especially those related to the environment and social equality, through non-profit education. formal, - Favor methodologies to share reflections and experiences among the participants. - Facilitate the incorporation of participants with fewer opportunities in the development of projects with a socio-environmental function so that they play a more important role in their community. - Enable the participants to develop a schedule appropriate to their environment, applying what they have learned in the meeting. - Generate an on-line manual that includes the records of the debates and activities that are carried out. It will be a synthesis of course and will be open to new contributions, facilitating the continuity of the project. - The dissemination of the project manual through an online platform of free access so that they can be used by citizens or organizations anywhere, inside and outside the EU for any association, worker or volunteer to act with young people. - Strengthen the relationship between the participating environmental organizations and that these facilitate the participants the application of what was developed in the course, in their work with young people. Specific objectives, in line with those of the Erasmus+ programme: - Promote non-formal, horizontal learning and continuous development of personal growth through workshops, rain ideas, sharing, debates, research and self-training. - Deepen active European citizenship, improving mutual knowledge and the connection of interests and objectives; the democratic participation, mutual respect for different ideas, consensual decision-making and exchange intercultural. - Promote in the assistants the acquisition of competences to value the objectives, gestures and attitudes for improve the sustainability that the European Union promotes, always seeking the sustainable development of the place favoring intercultural dialogue, social integration, local employment and the ability to access a job. - Enhance the role of youth organizations to promote mobility, interculturality and integration european. We will develop three sections: 1) How to design activities for sustainability of medium duration (three to six months) and adapted to the new reality. - Techniques to analyze the socio-environmental reality of the place and select the sustainability objective(s). - How to select projects (SWOT analysis and others), activities, define objectives, campaign slogans, phases, etc. Techniques to encourage participation and generate constructive debates. - How to design communication, merchandising, etc. - How to design campaigns and activities adapted to the "new normality" and that meet the objectives set and with what means we must have (personal, infrastructure, technical, material and economic) to carry out the activities. - How to evaluate results 2) Panel of experiences contributed by the participants. 3) Prepare and define each participant's project for their locality. Participants will be given the opportunity who want to present their project as "Cultural Exchange" in the Erasmus + program for greater continuity and dissemination of the program. The project was developed in the most disadvantaged rural environment with low population density, within the fight against climate change and sustainability. We will carry out this project with our methodology that is based on: non-formal education, training among equal, favor the contributions of the participants and encourage them to self-manage the contents and experiences.
