"YOUTH FOR INCLUSION" project was implemented in Almachar, Spain from 16 to 23.05.2023 by 7 partner organizations: Teatro El Luga Association, Spain Pas Alternativ Association, Romania SAREM, Turkey BLOOM YOUTH, North Macedonia Malik, Italy ASD, Albania NO Gordio, Portugal We selected these organizations after analyzing the learning needs and the level of interest and willing to implement this project together on each organization. The aim of the project was to develop the level of competences of youth workers for inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities using teambuilding methods. The project objectives were: 1. Develop the level of knowledge about inclusion for the youth workers from Spain, Romania, Portugal, North Macedonia, Turkey,Albania and Italy (participants at the course) until the end of the project. 2. Develop the level of knowledge and skills in planning and implementing teambuilding methods for the youth workers by the end of the project. 3. Develop the motivation of the youth workers to use teambuilding methods in working with young people with fewer opportunities until the end of the project.
