With this project we have wanted to provide youth workers with a set of tools such as language and communication to generate changes and make visible actions in order to dissolve stereotypes and roles that perpetuate inequalities in relation with discrimination against women in sports. Thus, the objectives of this project have been the following: - To provide youth workers with different tools to make visible and value the achievements of women in the field of sport. - To be aware of the need of gender training in youth associations and youth workers. - To exchange experiences, good practices and methodological tools related to sport and women. - To work on the creation of a campaign to raise awareness of women in sport on social networks. - To create a network of associations to develop future projects that promote gender equality in different areas: sports, social, employment, etc.
