The project "European youth for equality: Building an egalitarian society from participation" addresses the need to build an egalitarian society from the active participation of young people. It therefore seeks, through awareness-raising activities, youth acts and national mobilities, to raise awareness and train young people, mainly between 12 and 25 years old, in the need to achieve an inclusive and egalitarian society and eradicate any form of discrimination and violence towards the woman. It is also expected that this process of participation and learning will result in the implementation of equality policies agreed with the youth, for which a final act of dissemination and meetings with political and institutional leaders will be held. The specific objectives of the project will be: - Involve the young people participating in the program in the fight for gender equality and against violence against women. - Raise awareness among Aragonese youth about gender inequality and the fight against sexist violence. - Promote the introduction in the associative programming led by the participants of the gender perspective and an axis for equality and against gender violence. -To promote the awareness of equal European citizenship among young people. -Transfer to institutional managers the concerns and proposals on equality of European youth.
