We wanted to achieve - more information of the project management for our school - becoming more internationally minded - increasing intercultural competence for our school - enriching language skills - starting more collaborations with other schools from EU-countries. We wanted to create more possibilities for new projects and job shadowing for example.
We wanted to enhance the intercultural and entrepreneurial skills of our school community and to obtain practical tools in project management. Our main goal was to provide support for our teachers who are involved in Erasmus+ projects as deputy principals in our school. We wanted to have the more information of the project management. We also wanted to increase our foreign language skills through interactions with other teachers from other EU-countries. We wanted to increase intercultural competencies to support teachers with innovative approaches in education and teaching. One of our main aims was also to build international realtionships and contacts to ensure collaboration with other schools in EU-countries.
