By implementing this project we wanted to meet the objectives of the Novia 2030 strategy, i.e. to increase the number of outgoing and incoming student and staff mobility, to uphold an extensive network of partner universities in Europe and to strengthen Internationalisation at Home (IaH). Through this Erasmus+ project we were able to support outbound mobility by offering grants to participants. Inbound mobility is equally important as it strengthens Internationalisation at Home (IaH) and helps us create an international environment and increase intercultural competence among students and staff.
