Background

Digitalisation and digital transition are shaping the future working life, and educational organisations need to be prepared to face the needs of future. Recent Covid-19 pandemic showed us how rapid the changes can be and that we need to be adaptable and ready to shape our ways of working/learning. It is crucial that teachers have adequate skills in digital pedagogy and in using digital tools in distance and hybrid learning, as their role is to guide and support learners through digitalisation and more importantly in communicating, interacting, and working in online environments. Addressing the needs to become more prepared for distance and hybrid learning, boost the digitalisation of the participating organisations and make online learning more collaborative. Supporting teachers to rethink digital learning by providing them with new tools and platforms to utilise in their online teaching in order to make it more interactive and collaborative. Enabling students to become more active and motivated. Strengthening personnel working life and international skills, exchanging skills and practices, and developing sustainable international cooperation.
