Objectives

Whether be it at a local, European or global level, our students along with our staff must be aware of the climatic and environmental issues which we will deal with and for which we must find out some realistic, efficient and long-term solutions. Setting up European project will allow us to awaken consciousness about the subject and develop a project within a spirit of cohenrently working together as a team not only for our student but for our staff aswell. Using ICT in classes but also in our school generally speaking is also one goal we want to achieve for this project. Our wish is that everyone getting involved in this project fully protect, preserve, improve and put forward the environment where they live every day. We have thus chosen three themes around which we have listed specific and precise goals to acheive.

Background

Our first KA 1 and KA 2 experiment were more than beneficial and enriching to many levels. Training mobilities for our students and teachers have allowed us to become an international school. Our students got involved in learning journeys they would never have been able to do before simply because our island is located far away from everything. Our staff were trained and consequeltly their professionnal life were enriched. They have acquired many professional skills which have been useful in their class but in our school aswell. Our wish is to deepen on this experience and to allow all our staff to get trained. Our main project will focus on one main goals which is sustainable development with our student representatives. We will use ICT to put our actions forward and our staff and students will be trained aroung these two themes.
