We have, as far as possible, respected these objectives except for the development of partnerships because we wish in the long term to develop partnerships with establishments located in Spain.
Sacré-Coeur has been a registered association for 120 years. The Sacré-Coeur high school is a private high school under supervision, general and professional, focused on the hotel and catering sector. A professional Baccalaureate Kitchen and Room is in our establishment, the essential point of our development. Open for many years, it is the essential anchor point of our hotel school. A pastry CAP completes the training offer in the professional section. In this project, we have therefore given the possibility to first and final hotel and catering students to carry out a 4-week internship in service or kitchen. The project ran between March 2022 and December 2022 where the students were able to carry out for some 2 internships of 4 weeks. We have also, with the agreement of the agency, reallocated scholarships for accompanying persons for the benefit of students so that everyone can have access to the Erasmus+ program and thus develop new skills.
