The MOBICHANCE project has two main objectives: The first is the return to employment of young job seekers from local Missions partners in the Val of Oise and the Yvelines. This return to work can be reinforced by an internship abroad, lasting between 3 weeks and 3 months. These European mobilities offer them a rich professional experience in the language foreign, which can open up other opportunities. Ecotourism, defended in this project, gives a new perspective, and allows candidates for this project to strengthen their knowledge on this topic, and thus develop or supplement skills. This dimension has a double objective: to contribute to the employability of these profiles, but also to reinforce their knowledge in ecology, eco-responsibility, and ecotourism
The Eurotracks team has decided to submit the MOBICHANCE project for this project in order to allow 20 young applicants of employment, between 18 and 25 years old, dependent on the Local Missions of Val d'Oise and Yvelines, to go on an internship professionalising Erasmus+. MOBICHANCE is a project whose objective is to strengthen the return to employment of job seekers wishing to have an experience abroad, which can be decisive for their future on the labor market by working on an ECO-RESPONSIBLE approach. The eco-responsible dimension is an important aspect of this project, which also aims to provide the keys to understanding to these job seekers concerning eco-tourism and Eco gesture; and give them a new added value on their CV.
